HRus Partners (licence number 414), on behalf of our clients, a well-established Fintech company located in Limassol, we are currently looking to hire an Account Manager (Arabic speaker) to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Present and promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients in Arabic-speaking regions.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Communicate daily with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to manage accounts, resolve inquiries, and provide market updates.
- Educate clients on the platform’s features and financial tools to ensure effective usage and satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, maintain detailed records in CRM systems, and report key metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies when onboarding and managing client accounts.
- Actively contribute to team sales targets and support strategic growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales, account management, or fintech customer support is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools or online financial services.
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Legally eligible to work in Cyprus.
