    Administrative Manager - Cyprus

    HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, a well- established firm, we are looking to recruit a Administrative Manager, experienced in distribution industry.

    The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions of the branch/company to ensure smooth daily operations. The role supports operational, sales, and warehouse activities by ensuring efficient office management, regulatory compliance, facility oversight, and administrative support services in alignment with company policies and FMCG operational standards.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Execute administrative and legal related tasks, under the supervision of the Branch Manager.
    • Follow and implement administrative policies and procedures
    • Carry out all accounting tasks and activities related to the branch to ensure strict control of all expenditures and the reliability of statements and documentation.
    • Support in translating documents from local language to English language.
    • Oversees daily office operations, supervises administrative staff, requirements…etc
    • To perform administrative and secretarial duties, arrange meetings, arrange accommodation and flights reservations.
    • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronically and as hard copies and recorded data in appropriate database and files.
    • Manage and maintain all projects status, prepare and submit timely project progress reports.
    • Maintain office supplies, assets, and administrative budget
    • Responsible for Regulatory and Legal Liaison, act as the main focal point in dealing with governmental departments, ensure all company licenses, permits and regulatory requirements are valid and up to date.
    • Coordinate and follow up with the customs broker regarding import and export documentation and clearance processes.

    Key Requirements:

    • 3-5 Years of prior work experience within Food/Non-food Distribution industry
    • Bachelor’s degree in, Business administration, Marketing, accounting or a relevant field,  Master’s degree (considered as a plus)
    • Excellent knowledge using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
    • Handling multiple schedules, organizing variety of tasks when requested.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to governmental entities.
    • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with all management levels.
