HRus Partners (license number 414), on behalf of our client, a leading company in Security Systems, is seeking to hire an Administrative Officer to join their dynamic team in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Development and distribution of marketing materials (catalogs, brochures).
- Coordination of production and distribution of promotional materials (uniforms, stickers).
- Supporting the marketing team at trade shows and internal events.
- Organizing events, ordering materials, and booking venues.
- Managing the supply chain for events and preparations.
- On-site support at events.
- Ensuring adequate office supplies.
- Maintaining an organized office environment.
- Performing administrative tasks (filing, data entry, correspondence).
- Supporting the Human Resources department in recruitment tasks (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, candidate files).
- Onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Attending meetings and taking notes for managers and senior staff.
- Distributing meeting minutes and following up on pending tasks.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in marketing and human resources.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
