    Administrator - Cyprus

    HRus Partners (license number 414), on behalf of our client, a well established  company providing Pet Services in Limassol we are looking for an Administrator

    Duties/Responsibilities

    • Cover the Main shop’s front desk
    • Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Dealing with customers’ requests and complains.
    • Email and Telephone handling
    • Sales boost through social media (Facebook and Instagram)
    • Clientele boost through customer service and public relations
    • Impeccable customer service
    • Pet Hotel booking
    • Grooming appointments booking

    Requirements:

    ·      Minimum of 2 years experience in administration and/or Customer service.

    ·      Team spirit

    ·      Tech and social media savvy.

    ·      Organizational and Communicational skills.

    ·      Very good knowledge of MS office.

    ·      Fluency in English and Greek language is a must, Russian knowledge is a plus.
