Responsibilities:
- Performing KYC and due diligence checks
- Ongoing clients monitoring for AML purposes
- Registration and opening of new clients’ accounts in the Company’s software
- Amending and terminating clients’ accounts in the Company’s software
- Settlement of transactions (deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers)
- Monitoring of the transactions performed through the Company comparison thereof to the
- instruction received and sorting of any discrepancies
- Record keeping of executed transactions (available in electronic form on the MTS and MT4)
- Archiving of all relevant documents in CRM (agreements, contracts, confirmations etc.)
- Registering disputes and chargebacks
- Provide client support including technical, operational and basic trading information
- Responding to client queries relating to account management
- Responding to incoming enquiries from clients via email, live chat and telephone in a timely
- and professional manner
- Assisting prospective clients via email, live chat and telephone with the account opening process
- Client relationship management
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Polish/German
- Computer literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team
- Attention to detail and target oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Basic/Advanced CySec examination will be considered as an advantage
- Experience in a similar role in the Financial/Forex Industry at least 1 year
- University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or similar
