HRus Partners (license number 414), on behalf of our client, a well-established Forex company, we are looking to recruit a Back Office Assistant for their office in Limassol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough KYC checks on new accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This includes verifying customer identity, assessing risk factors, and gathering necessary documentation.
- Assist in generating ad hoc reports as requested by management or stakeholders.
- Support the reconciliation process by comparing financial data from different sources, identifying discrepancies, and working collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of KYC documentation and other relevant information in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations pertaining to KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, including Compliance, Risk Management, and Operations, to facilitate the smooth execution of tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in KYC/AML operations or similar roles preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
