HRus Partners (license number 414), on behalf of our client, a well-established Forex company, we are looking to recruit a Back Office Manager for their office in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Manage individual and corporate account opening procedures.
- Assist in maintaining and updating client account opening procedures.
- Provide clients with company terms of business.
- Assist with "Know-Your-Client" procedures during account opening.
- Implement client classification procedures.
- Conduct assessments of clients' expertise, experience, and knowledge.
- Ensure clients' economic profiles match their deposits and trading activities.
- Monitor and report any suspicious transactions that don't align with clients' profiles.
- Update account managers on client relationships.
- Inform clients about the use of their personal details.
- Deliver agreements to clients.
- Prepare and send client statements as per regulations.
- Perform daily client funds reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance Department.
- Implement necessary transaction and post-trade disclosures.
- Maintain and file all client and company records, including:
- Client agreements and KYC documents
- Client complaints
- Outsourcing agreements
- Daily transaction lists
- Transaction records for clients and the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a back-office or compliance role in the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, KYC procedures, and client classification.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using CRM systems and financial software
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- High ethical standards, reliability, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
