    Back Office Manager - Cyprus

    HRus Partners (License no. 414), on behalf of our client a well-established FX Broker, is hiring a Back Office Manager to join their expanding team in Limassol. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing back-office functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations within their firm. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of client transactions and company records.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist with account opening for individual and corporate clients, including KYC and due diligence checks.
    • Conduct client classification and appropriateness tests; monitor economic profiles and trading activities.
    • Perform ongoing AML monitoring, investigate suspicious activity, and notify the MLCO as needed.
    • Manage client records in CRM and coordinate with account managers.
    • Prepare daily fund reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
    • Process client transactions, deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers, disputes, and chargebacks.
    • Ensure compliance with transaction reporting, post-trade disclosures, and regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with Accounting & Finance, Front Office, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
    • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in a financial services or investment back-office role preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of investment products, transaction reporting, and reconciliation processes.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel), CRM systems, and financial software.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
    • High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
    • CySEC AML Certificate is advantageous.
