HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, a regulated company under FSA, a financial services company regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in Seychelles, is seeking to recruit a Back Office Officer to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the company.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with the preparation, filing, and management of corporate and operational documents.
- Provide administrative support to management and the Board as required.
- Coordinate internal workflows and assist in the implementation of company procedures.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve operational and administrative matters.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Support the company in maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and operational standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in financial services, administration, operations, or a related field.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with back-office operations, administrative procedures, record keeping, and operational controls.
- Understanding of the regulatory framework applicable to FSA-regulated entities will be considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Must be resident in Seychelles and maintain a clean criminal and regulatory record.
