    Back Office Representative - Seychelles

    HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, a licensed Securities Dealer company based in Seychelles, is currently seeking a Back Office Representative to join its team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the organization. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of internal operations, maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, and supporting operational workflows in a regulated financial services environment.

    The Back Office Representative will work closely with management and internal departments to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with internal procedures, and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the company.
    • Process transactions and maintain accurate records and documentation.
    • Assist with the preparation, filing, and management of corporate and operational documents.
    • Provide administrative support to management and the Board as required.
    • Coordinate internal workflows and assist in the implementation of company procedures.
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve operational and administrative matters.
    • Ensure accurate record keeping and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
    • Support the company in maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and operational standards.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline will be considered an advantage.
    • Experience in financial services, operations, administration, will be considered as an advantage.
    • Familiarity with back-office operations, administrative procedures, record keeping, and operational controls will be considered as an advantage.
    • Understanding of the regulatory framework applicable to FSA-regulated entities will be considered an advantage.
    • Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    • Must be resident in Seychelles and maintain a clean criminal and regulatory record.
