HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, a well- established firm, we are looking to recruit a Branch Manager, experienced in distribution industry. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, including sales performance, distribution efficiency, inventory control, financial management, and team leadership. This role ensures achievement of sales targets, operational excellence, and compliance with company policies while maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities& Duties
- Oversee all daily operations of the branch.
- Driving profitability, sales growth, and high-quality customer service.
- Making timely and assertive decisions.
- Responsible for full P&L accountability.
- Engagement with local and governmental authorities, regulatory compliance.
- Implementing company’s policies, managing budgets, hiring/training employees.
- Direct all operational aspects of the branch including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, sales, logistics…etc.
- Monitor Market trends, competitors’ activities and promotions
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor regulations
- Prepare and submit periodic operational and financial reports
- Maintain accurate documentation and branch records
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 Years of prior work experience within Food Distribution industry
- Bachelor’s degree in, Business administration, Marketing, accounting or a relevant field, Master’s degree (considered as a plus)
- Excellent knowledge using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Handling multiple schedules, organizing variety of tasks when requested
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Manage branch budget and allocate resources efficiently
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Valid driver’s license
