HRus Partners (license number 414) on behalf of our client, a FX Firm, we are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager experienced in the Latam Market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Latin America.
- Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate the Latin American market.
- Manage and nurture strong relationships with potential and current clients in the region.
- Oversee and lead sales and marketing teams in Latin America to achieve established goals.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment of business goals and strategies.
- Analyze the market and competition to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on business performance and present recommendations for improvements.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings with clients and potential partners in Latin America.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business development in Latin America, preferably in the financial or technology sector.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, both verbal and written. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a goal-driven environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions.
- Availability to travel within Latin America as needed.
