HRus Partners (License number 414) on behalf of our client, an international Trading Firm , we are currently looking for a Business Development/ Affiliate Manager to join their growing team.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, retention and development of key partners in the Forex market (minimum 3 years in Forex and CFD industry)
- Knowledge of payment systems/platforms and their restrictions in the target region
- Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Strong networking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Capable of preserving a constructive relationship with partners and a professional personal image that are consistent with the guiding principles of our company.
- Possessing a mindset of a hunter who is able to take ownership while also being able to work collaboratively within the team
- Having excellent analytical and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Must be open to travel to attend industry events and meet with partners
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, and develop and manage key client relationships among others.
- Key account management, working closely with partners and engaging with them, defining growth plans and scaling opportunities.
- Initiate and develop processes which affect IBs' satisfaction and help meet and exceed organizational expectations.
- Attract new major IBs and build a strong relationship, maintaining a strong development pipeline according to the Company's plans.
- Meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
- Possess the ability to initiate new business proposals, coordinate internal resources, and implement those proposals.
- Conduct research and look for unexplored commercial and collaborative possibilities.
- Establish connections with various ecosystem participants and projects.
- Traveling for business (around the world) is sometimes required to ensure smooth cooperation.
