HRus Partners (license 414), on behalf of our client, a Forex Firm with, we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team in Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about the forex market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
- Identify and target potential clients for the company's products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Stay updated on the company's products and services, as well as industry regulations.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build a strong professional network.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures
- Always act in the best interest of the company and co-operate with the rest of the team to contribute efficiently towards growth and development of the business
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the forex industry.
- Knowledge of forex market dynamics, products, and services.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
