Job Description:
- Guide new clients seamlessly through product adoption, assist in setup, and lead them through onboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient integration experience with our offerings.
- Provide educational materials and conduct thorough training courses.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of existing customers' evolving needs and requirements to effectively cross-sell and upsell products or services.
- Proactively address customer complaints and concerns, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance overall customer satisfaction and experience.
- Maintain an intricate understanding of our diverse product and service range, collaborating with customers to deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
- Promote the value of our products by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering enduring relationships.
- Regularly communicate product improvements and updates to clients, actively gathering feedback to enhance service quality.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as their strategic partner to help achieve their goals and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, such as Sales, Support, and Backoffice, to ensure a unified and exceptional customer experience.
- Drive customer activation and renewals, acting as the primary advocate for clients within the company, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client success or account management, preferably in the forex industry.
- Deep understanding of forex trading, financial markets, and investment products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Possess fluency in English and native language.
