HRus Partners (License Number 414) on behalf of our client, a regulated FX company in Seychelles, we are currently hiring for Compliance officer to join their expanding team.
Key duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance and support to the Compliance team
- Assist in the preparation of various regulatory reporting obligations
- Advise the Compliance team on any regulatory updates from time to time
- Liaise with external consultants, legal advisors, auditors, if necessary
- Work closely with the Compliance team as well as cross-functionally with other departments teams
- Assist with drafting and updating corporate document templates, forms, manuals, agreements and overall compliance reports
- Assist in the ongoing monitoring plan of the Compliance Department
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal administrative procedures and controls to enhance the effective management and filing of documentation
- Assist in the collection and review of KYCs for company formation and management
- Support AML and compliance activities, including communicating and following up with regulators
- Cooperate with local Competent Authorities by responding to their related requests
- Follow and enforce regulation standards and procedures
- Keep up to date with the latest news in legislation, regulation and corporate best practices
- Undertake any other regulatory compliance matter and project, as assigned to;
- Report directly to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer
Requirements
- Degree in Law or Finance, Economics or another related field with minimum Upper Second Class or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the Capital Markets Sector
- Updated knowledge of regulatory frameworks, ex. AML, KYC, MiFID
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills, attention to detail, professional discipline and strong work ethic
- Fluent in English. Any additional languages will be considered an advantage
