    Compliance Officer - Seychelles

    Compliance Officer

    HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, a well-established company with an international presence which is currently in the process of applying for a VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider) license with the FSA in Seychelles, is seeking to hire a Compliance Officer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term career with an ambitious and forward-looking organization. The role also offers flexibility to work from home.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Reporting directly to the Group Head of Legal & Compliance
    • Monitoring and assessing compliance risks and drafting written reports
    • Developing, designing, and updating the Company’s compliance procedures
    • Collaborating with legal, compliance, and other departments to ensure enforcement of regulatory standards
    • Handling client complaints or grievances and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
    • Preparing reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as required
    • Reviewing and providing feedback on licensee quarterly reports
    • Keeping abreast of current and forthcoming regulatory changes and advising management accordingly
    • Monitoring and enhancing the Company’s compliance with FSA regulations and VASP requirements
    • Assisting in the formulation and implementation of policies, manuals, and procedures
    • Performing any other duties assigned by management

    Education and experience:

    • Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field (minimum Upper Second Class or equivalent)
    • Prior approval as a Fit & Proper Compliance Officer will be considered an advantage
    • At least 1–3 years of experience in the Capital Markets, FinTech, or Virtual Assets sector
    • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, MiFID, VASP guidelines)
    • Strong interpersonal and time management skills, high attention to detail, and professional discipline
    • Fluent in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
