HRus Partners (license number 414) on behalf of our client, a reputable Accounting and Audit firm in Limassol, we are currently looking for a Corporate Administrator. As a Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of clients' corporate structures. You will work closely with the team of accountants, auditors, and legal advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient operation of corporate entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formation of new companies and subsidiaries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, including registers of shareholders, directors, and officers.
- Prepare and file statutory documents with the relevant authorities.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and authorities on behalf of clients as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding corporate matters.

- Assist in the preparation of corporate documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field will be considered as an advantage
- Previous experience in corporate administration, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Knowledge of corporate law and regulations in Cyprus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
