HRus Partners (license number 414) on behalf of our client, a well established company specializing in commercial and residential real estate, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Administrator, to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and corporate support across various functions, ensuring the efficient management of documentation, communication, and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and preparing a wide range of corporate documents, including:
- Minutes and resolutions
- Registers
- Correspondence
- Documents relating to meetings of shareholders and directors
- PA to the CEO
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as document archiving, scheduling, and communications
- Supporting with ad hoc duties as required by the management team
- Providing direct assistance to the CEO, including calendar management, communication handling, and coordination of tasks
- Overseeing the management of group companies, including preparation of internal and external corporate documentation
- Handling all aspects of corporate administrative work
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate administration or a similar role
- Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Excellent team player with a collaborative attitude
- Languages:
- Greek – Fluent written and spoken
- English – Fluent written and spoken
