HRus Partners (license number 414), on behalf of our client, a well established and highly reputable Law Firm in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a highly experienced and driven Corporate and Commercial Lawyer. Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial agreements and documentation
- Managing corporate procedures with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
- Providing legal advice and opinions on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters
- Conducting legal research (Cyprus, UK and EU law)
- Applying AML, KYC and GDPR procedures
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and maintaining strong relationships
- Liaising with governmental and regulatory authorities in Cyprus and abroad
- Collaborating with internal legal teams and contributing to firm initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law
- LLB (2:1 or equivalent); LL.M., BPTC or LPC will be considered an advantage
- Cyprus Bar Association license
- Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
