HRus Partners (license number 414) on behalf of our client, an international FX Firm, we are currently looking for a CRM & Data Integration Specialist to join their expanding team in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute queries using SQL to extract relevant customer data from the CRM system.
- Clean, transform, and analyse customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards using Tableau to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders across departments (e.g. sales, marketing, customer success).
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer relationships and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to define data mapping and integration strategies for connecting the existing CRM with other business systems (e.g., marketing automation tools, e-commerce platforms).
- Develop and implement data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Manage the migration of customer data, processes, and workflows from the old CRM to the new CRM system.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process.
- Test and validate the functionality of the new CRM system post-migration.
- Provide ongoing training and support to CRM users on data analysis, reporting functionalities, and best practices for data entry.
- Develop user guides and documentation for the CRM system and reporting tools.
- Troubleshoot user issues related to data access, reporting and system functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business Intelligence, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence.
- Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, CRM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in customer data.
- Proficiently in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with data integration concepts and tools (a plus).
- Experience with |CRM system migrations (a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to details.
Additional Skills (desirable):
- Programming languages like Python or R for advances data analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (eg. AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
