HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support to clients, assist with inquiries related to the company's brokerage services, and ensure a positive customer experience. Prior experience in customer support, especially within the financial or forex industry, is considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, live chat, and other support channels.
- Assist clients with products queries, products configuration, and general service information.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely, professional, and effective communication at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-player with a customer-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in customer support or within the brokerage/forex/financial sector is a strong advantage.
- EU work permit or eligibility to work in Cyprus.
