HRus Partners ( License no. 414), on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking technology company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and integration, is looking for an Pre-Sales Coordinator & Administrator.
Position Overview
This role is primarily focused on supporting the company’s pre-sales and business development activities, while also providing administrative support to senior management. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, recruitment, and delivery teams to coordinate client proposals, consultant submissions, pipeline activities, and client communications across European markets.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Sales Coordination
- Collaborate closely with sales, recruitment, and delivery teams to understand client requirements and prepare tailored consultant profiles and proposals
- Coordinate and support the full pre-sales process, including proposal preparation, documentation, and client submissions
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and supporting sales materials
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, demos, interviews, and follow-up activities
- Maintain and update pipeline data, CRM records, and sales tracking reports
- Support business development initiatives by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of client-facing documentation and sales support activities
Administrative & Executive Support
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and reporting
- Prepare presentations, reports, and professional correspondence
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements:
- 3+ years in an administrative/executive assistant role and sales coordination
- Experience in services, consulting, or staffing industry is highly preferred
- Exposure to sales or pre-sales coordination is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with IT industry terminology and roles
- Fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken) is essential
- Competence with MS Office Suite
