HRus Partners ( License no. 414), on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking technology company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and integration, is looking for an Executive Assistant & Pre-Sales Coordinator.
Position Overview
This hybrid role blends executive-level administrative support with sales enablement responsibilities. You will be a key support figure for the leadership team while also playing an active role in the pre-sales process, working closely with the sales, recruitment, and delivery teams to drive business growth in European markets.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Duties
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting coordination
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the executive team
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication efficiently and professionally
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Sales Support Duties
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to understand client requirements and translate them into consultant profiles and tailored proposals.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing commercial proposals.
- Support business development activities by updating pipeline data, and generating reports.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in an administrative/executive assistant role and sales coordination
- Experience in services, consulting, or staffing industry is highly preferred
- Exposure to sales or pre-sales coordination is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with IT industry terminology and roles
- Fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken) is essential
- Competence with MS Office Suite
