HRus partners, on behalf of our client, a licensed Securities Dealer in Seychelles, we are currently looking for an Executive Director.
Key Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure commitment to and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across the organization
- Forge and maintain relations of trust with shareholders/partners and external authorities
- Reviewing/Identifying and improving internal processes, ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented & maintained.
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures for handling inside and proprietary information
- Monitoring and assessing the level of compliance risk the Company faces
- Developing and enforcing adequate policies and procedures in order to meet the compliance requirements of regulation on a group level and other applicable rules
- Reviewing/Identifying and improving internal processes, ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented & maintained.
Requirements
- University Degree in either Law, Business, Finance or Economics is a must
- At least two years of experience at a Management or Senior position within Capital Markets will be considered as an advantage
- Strong managerial experience is a must
- Any relevant qualifications such ICA/CISI/CYSEC is a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to communicate with leadership across business teams
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and skills.
