HRus Partners (license number 414) on behalf of our client, a Management and Consulting Firm, we are looking to recruit an Executive PA & Office Manager with fluency in Russian language, to join their dynamic team in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel plans
- Collaborate with the team and external contacts to ensure efficient scheduling
- Professionally handle emails, calls, and messages
- Research and book travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation, taking care of the entire logistics
- Draft and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations
- Maintain organizational systems to ensure timely retrieval of information and efficient workflow
- Prioritize and manage tasks within the deadlines
- Manage all office supplies (stationery, tea, coffee, and other related purchases), including planning and inventory control
- Organising and coordinating corporate events
- Monitoring payments and handling incoming utility bills
- Provide personal support, including management of personal appointments, shopping, and errands
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy at all time
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent English and Native Russian. Greek is a plus.
