HRus Partners (license number 414), on behalf of our client an international Forex firm, we are looking to recruit a passionate and creative Global Head of Marketing Manager to join their team in Limassol and drive marketing strategies on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s global presence, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
- Manage, mentor, and build a talented marketing team, providing guidance and support in executing campaigns and initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Oversee the development of consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Use insights to adjust marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns. Ensure the use of cutting-edge tools and strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer support to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business objectives and customer needs.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively across various global initiatives.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and agencies, to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 6+ years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in Forex, financial services, or a related industry)
- Strong understanding of forex market trends and client behaviours
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media strategies
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with market research and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead teams toward achieving business goals
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
