On behalf of our client, an FX company, we are currently looking for a Head of Back Office to join their office in Limassol to mainly support the company’s clients by following the company’s regulatory procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze on a constant basis the department activity, payment systems activity, suspicious activity, KYC, AML procedures etc.
- Receive & review clients appropriately.
- Manage the procedure of customers account establishment, maintenance and closures
- Constantly liaise with clients regarding collection of documentation
- Leads the risk assessment of all transactions related to deposits, withdrawals and credits, to identify potential fraud and other related issues, and take all necessary actions
- Manage the processing of all customer deposits and withdrawals in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of procedures & tasks
- Comply with applicable regulations and Company’s internal policies and procedures in regard to client’s documentation process (KYC)
- Keep clients’ profiles up to date
- Assist in the training of relevant staff to ensure continuing competence in accordance with the CySEC regulations
- Contract Negotiations with International PSPs, Account Opening and maintenance with PSPs.
- Apply Enhanced Due Diligence where relevant
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of previous experience in FX/Crypto company in Back Office department
- CySec certificate is considered a plus
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Works well under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
