Head of Business Development - LATAM
The Role:
- The Head of Business Development for LATAM will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic growth by leading the team of Business Development Managers in the LATAM region.
- The successful candidate’s contributions will shape the future of the company’s LATAM operations, and in return, the company will offer a highly competitive compensation package with attractive commissions aligned with their growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of five business developers to meet strategic goals in the LATAM market.
- Build market position by identifying, developing, and closing business relationships across the region.
- Research new markets and partnerships while seeking out and building new business opportunities.
- Take a hands-on approach to building a strong business presence, leveraging industry insights and events.
- Close new business deals by negotiating and coordinating contract requirements with business operations.
- Plan and execute webinars, seminars, and promotional activities for targeted markets, while attending major industry events to network and grow relationships.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Proven track record in a similar role, ideally within business development or market expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields is advantageous.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
- Native speaker in Spanish and fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to travel extensively within the LATAM region.
- Must be eligible to work in Mexico.
