HRus Partners (license number 414) on behalf of our client, an FX company with International presence, we are currently looking for a Head of Sales for Asia or SEA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships in SEA and Asia markets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team.
- Set performance expectations and provide feedback.
- Work with cross-functional teams for integrated client strategies
- Act as a key point of contact with the major clients.
- Enhance overall client experience and relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions.
- Frequent travel to SEA and Asia for client meetings and conferences
Qualifications:
- Proven senior sales leadership in financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of SEA and Asia markets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Asia.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
