HRus Partners (license number 414) on behalf of our client, a well established Forex company in Dubai, we are seeking a Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals specializing in Forex and CFDs.
- Set clear team goals and KPIs, monitor progress, and provide daily & regular reports to the CEO & HOO.
- Foster a positive and dynamic work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to meet their objectives.
Training & Development:
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Create development plans for team members, focusing on both individual and team growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and ensure the team is informed about the latest products, services, and trading techniques.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on client feedback to improve service delivery.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and projections to senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools and other software to track sales metrics and manage client information effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in Forex trading, specifically in CFDs.
- Strong knowledge of the Forex market, trading strategies, and financial instruments.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Forex trading or related financial qualifications is a plus.
