HRus Partners (license number 414), on behalf of our client an international Forex firm, we are looking to recruit an HR & Admin Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Global HR team with onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate work visa applications/renewals/cancellations.
- Ensuring compliance with local governmental regulations.
- Advise management on best practices and keep them informed of relevant HR updates.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute training programs that support employee growth and development.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing office equipment, supplies, and email communication.
- Coordinate logistical aspects such as laptop requests, pantry orders, name card printing, and flight arrangements.
- Serve as a liaison for legal matters, securely transferring confidential documents and correspondence to the Legal Department.
- Manage travel arrangements for management, preparing detailed itineraries and processing expense reports.
- Coordinate internal and offsite meetings, scheduling conference rooms, arranging catering as needed, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Assist other ad-hoc matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an office administration role.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with a strong foundation in data management.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams is an advantage.
