HRus Partners (license number 414) on behalf of our client, a well-established international telecommunications company, is looking to recruit an HR Manager handling both Cyprus and Switzerland. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective human resources management and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR management, with a proven track record of implementing HR strategies and policies to foster a positive work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
- Manage and maintain employee records and day to day HR activities (attendance, vacations, sick leaves, etc.).
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, recommending shortlisted applicants to both Line Managers and HR Director.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance, counseling, and support to managers and employees.
- Implement and oversee performance management systems, including performance appraisals, coaching, and development plans.
- Develop HR policies and procedures in compliance with current employment laws and regulations. Ensure consistent application and adherence across the organization.
- Identify training needs, develop orientation and training programs, and coordinate their implementation to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Develop clear policies for employee relocation and mobility between countries to foster an inclusive work environment and aid in employee retention.
- Benchmark employee salaries based on market dynamics in collaboration with the HR Director.
- Promote a positive work environment through initiatives that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Perform other duties as may be requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
