    Junior Compliance / KYC Administrator - Cyprus

    HRus Partners (Licence No. 414), on behalf of our client, a well-established consulting firm providing tax and audit services, is seeking a self-motivated Junior Compliance / KYC Administrator who is eager to build a long-term career in the compliance field.

    This is an excellent for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience within a professional environment, working closely with senior compliance professionals. The role offers a flexible 4-day working week all year round, along with structured exposure to KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance matters.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with KYC, AML, and compliance administration across the firm
    • Collect and review onboarding and KYC documentation for new and existing clients
    • Perform client onboarding, risk assessments, and periodic file reviews, ensuring accurate record-keeping
    • Conduct screening checks (PEPs, sanctions, adverse media) and maintain internal compliance records
    • Support UBO Registry submissions, updates, and ongoing monitoring
    • Liaise with clients, banks, internal teams, and the Compliance Officer on KYC and due diligence matters
    • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of internal compliance policies, procedures, and manuals
    • Support the Compliance Officer with regulatory reporting and annual submissions to ICPAC
    • Monitor developments in AML, compliance, sanctions, and regulatory frameworks, supporting implementation as required
    • Assist with organising internal and external compliance training sessions

    Requirements

    • Degree from a reputable university, preferably in Law or Finance
    • Entry-level role; prior experience in legal, compliance, or AML will be considered an advantage
    • Basic knowledge of AML and sanctions regulations
    • AML certification from ICPAC/CyBar (or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months)
    • Excellent command of Greek and English; Russian will be considered an advantage
    • Strong MS Office skills; experience with Ispiral and M-Files will be an advantage
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure
    • Team player with the ability to multitask
