    Junior Compliance Officer - Cyprus

    HRus Partners (License No. 414) is partnering with a prestigious Financial Advisory firm that is currently looking to hire a a self-motivated and eager-to-learn Junior Compliance Officer to join their expanding team.

    Duties & Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting with the licensing and authorization process of investment firms and other financial institutions (includes local and global licensing)
    • Assisting the Legal & Compliance team of providing compliance and regulatory consultation support to number of clients that are authorized as an Investment Firm
    • Assisting with the operational support of investment firms and other financial institutions
    • Ensuring investment firms and financial institutions comply with the relevant laws and regulations
    • Assisting with client’s communication and regulators with regards to ongoing support and authorizations
    • Advising clients of the impact of regulatory changes in their operations and business
    • Assisting with the set up and implementation of internal policies and procedures of clients

    Education and experience:

    • Degree in Law or Finance, Business or another related field with minimum Upper Second Class or equivalent
    • CySEC Advanced Certificate will be considered as an advantage
    • Forex/ Regulatory experience will be considered as an advantage
    • Fluent in Greek and English. Any additional languages will be considered an advantage
