HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, a well-established consulting firm offering Tax and Audit services, is looking for a Junior Corporate Administrator to join their dynamic and growing team in Limassol.
Key duties:
- Incorporation of both Cyprus and Overseas companies for clients as well formation and maintenance of all available companies
- Preparing and filing documents at the Registrar of companies in various jurisdictions
- Reviewing KYC and compliance paperwork for the onboarding of new clients
- Preparing corporate documents including but not limited to minutes, resolutions, agreements, trust deeds and related trust documents.
- Have direct communication with clients and attend meetings.
- Managing relations and liaising with agents, external and internal advisers and consultants on various corporate matters
Required Skills:
- Prior work experience in similar role will be considered as an advantage
- Highly motivated, ability to use own initiative, work under pressure, prioritize and work independently.
- Strong administrative and planning skills
- Very good knowledge of windows applications software: MS office, word, excel.
- Must be fluent in English (written and oral)
