HRus Partners (License no. 414),on behalf of our client a well-established FX Broker, is hiring a Junior Dealer to join their expanding team in Limassol. This entry-level role is designed for individuals beginning their careers in the Financial Sector.
As a Junior Dealer, you will gain hands-on experience in CFD brokerage, day-to-day trading operations and real market dynamics. This position is ideal for recent graduates with an interest in financial markets, trading and risk management. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of CFD trades and action daily dealing procedures.
- Monitor our market risk exposure and execute trades in line with the risk management policy.
- Support client-facing teams by resolving trading related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and liquidity providers to ensure high-quality service and competitive trading conditions across our platforms.
- Prepare reports for senior management and maintain internal documentation.
- Stay updated on financial markets, economic news, and events that may impact trading activities.
Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business or a related discipline.
- Interest in financial markets and trading technology.
- Technologically adept and comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work rotating morning and evening shifts.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Familiarity with CFDs through personal trading experience.
- Academic background in derivatives and financial risk management.
- Programming foundation in Python, SQL or Command.
- Familiarity with regulatory landscape impacting CFD trading.
