HRus Partners (license number 414), on behalf of our client, an international Forex company, are looking to recruit a Junior HR Manager for their office in Dubai. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role includes managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring the company complies with United Arab Emirates labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talents.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
- Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances effectively.
- Oversee the mediation process for workplace disputes.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
- Develop and manage the performance appraisal system.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance issues and development plans.
- Conduct training for managers on performance evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with senior management in developing HR strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Participate in workforce planning and succession planning.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure the organization follows ethical and legal standards in hiring, employment practices, and termination processes.
- Maintain employee records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Administer the compensation and benefits program, ensuring competitive and fair pay practices.
- Conduct salary surveys and reviews to align with market trends.
- Implement health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate occupational health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports on staffing, turnover, training, and other HR-related data.
- Use data to identify trends and make informed decisions about HR policies and programs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. or HR certification.
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience in human resources, with 1 years in a managerial role preferred.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
