HRus Partners (license number 414), on behalf of our client, a well-established company within the Corporate and financial services sector based in Limassol, we are looking to recruit a reliable Junior Office Assistant to support their administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintaining both electronic and physical filing systems
- Running office-related errands, such as visiting the bank, post office, or other locations as needed
- Delivering and collecting documents for signatures and approvals
- Making photocopies and scanning documents for record-keeping
- Assisting with office supply inventory and replenishment
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Assisting with coffee orders and general office hospitality
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and Greek (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree will be considered as an advantage
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with document scanning and email
- Reliable and trustworthy, with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- A valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)
- Based in Cyprus, Limassol
