HRus Partners (license number 414) on behalf of our client, a leading European provider of digital asset infrastructure solutions, we are looking to recruit an ambitious, pragmatic, and result-oriented senior manager to support their strategic growth and operational excellence.

- Manage contracts, policies, and legal documentation.
- Ensure the company's operations comply with all relevant local and international regulations
- Develop, implement, and review compliance policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Negotiate agreements with corporate clients and suppliers.
- Monitor daily operations for compliance breaches and report any findings to senior management. Oversee daily compliance tasks (onboarding and transactions screenings) and investigations.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and investigations.
- Handle complaints, litigations, and relationships with external legal advisors.
- Develop and maintain policies, controls, and monitoring programs (e.g., AML-CTF, personal account dealing, best execution).
- Act as the main point of contact for authorities (CySEC, MOKAS), auditors and management (group and local).
- Deliver regular compliance reports (AML-CTF, Group compliance report, AEoI, FATCA) and foster alignment with other control functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
- Min. 3-5 years' experience as a Legal and Compliance Officer, preferably within the financial services industry
- Passed relevant CySEC Advanced exams
- In-depth knowledge of CYSEC financial regulations and reporting obligations
- Interest for digital assets and blockchain technologies
- Strong analytical skills, precise, open-minded, self-starter, eager to learn, hands-on and result-oriented

- Highly motivated and proactive professional with strong autonomy
- Exceptional self-management skills and results-driven mindset
- Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and meeting objectives
- Fluent in English and Greek
