Hrus Partners (license no. 414), on behalf of our client, a well established Investment Holding group, We are seeking a highly organized, legally minded Legal Assistant, to join their team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will combine a solid understanding of corporate structures with the ability to handle everyday legal drafting and agreement reviews. A key component of this role will be the daily legal administration and utilization of our legal practice management software, Zygos, to ensure seamless entity management and meticulous record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation, review, and filing of legal and corporate documents, including resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, and statutory forms.
- Prepare and submit documents to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and maintain accurate corporate records and statutory registers.
- Draft and review routine legal documents, commercial agreements, NDAs, and professional correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and assist with company formations, restructurings, share transfers, and other corporate transactions.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, banks, external legal advisors, and service providers.
- Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with Cyprus Company Law and corporate governance requirements.
- Maintain legal and corporate records using Zygos and monitor statutory deadlines and compliance obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Corporate Administrator, Company Secretary, or in a similar role.
- Good understanding of Cyprus Company Law (Cap. 113) and corporate governance principles.
- Experience preparing legal and corporate documentation and liaising with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
- Experience with Zygos will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Remuneration & Benefits Package:
- A gross monthly salary ranging from €26,400- to €28,800 , commensurate with experience and qualifications
