HRus Partners (license number 414) on behalf of our client, a well-established Security Protection company in Cyprus, are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and activities to raise awareness of the brand, generate leads, and support the growth of the business all over Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition within the security systems industry in Cyprus.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Events and Sponsorships: Plan and coordinate participation in relevant industry events, conferences, and sponsorships to enhance the brand presence.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and engagement efforts.
- Lead Generation: Identify and nurture potential leads, working closely with the sales team to convert them into customers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
