    Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant

    HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to join a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to leveraging modern technology to deliver exceptional value and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules, including:
      • Inventory Management
      • Procurement and Sourcing
      • Sales and Marketing
      • Warehouse Management
    • Collaborate with clients to collect and analyze business requirements, translating them into system configurations and functional specifications.
    • Provide expert insights and guidance on supply chain best practices and system optimization.
    • Conduct system testing, user training, and go-live support.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve module-related issues.
    • Stay current with the latest updates and features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, project managers, consultants) to ensure successful project outcomes.
     

    Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (less may be acceptable with strong ERP experience).
    • Proven experience in gathering requirements, preparing functional documentation, and performing Fit/GAP analysis.
    • Strong understanding of core modules and processes:
      • Product Information Management: setup and maintenance, product categories and attributes, dimension groups.
      • Inventory Management: journals, breakdown structures, transfer orders, on-hand tracking.
      • Sales and Marketing: order processing, delivery notes, invoicing.
      • Procurement and Sourcing: purchase order and requisition processing.
      • Warehouse Management: picking, transfers, production control.
      • Production Control: formulas, route operations, resource setup, production order processing.
      • Pricing Management: trade agreements, pricing setup and processing.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Strong grasp of supply chain processes and principles.
    • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules.
