Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Lead

HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, a well established Shipping company in Limassol, we are currently looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Internal Functional Consultant. The position will be part of the company's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) department based in Cyprus .
Key Responsibilities
- D365 Functional Management
- D365 F&O Administration and Maintenance.
- Performing functional management tasks enabling the best user experience and secure fast processing by optimizing workflows and dimensions.
- Setting up user roles, permissions, and access rights within D365 F&O, ensuring compliance with internal company controls and segregation of duties.
- Developing and maintaining workflows, forms, and dashboards to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Performing migrations and managing integrations with other systems and platforms.
- Maintaining and monitoring system’s performance, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Supporting end users by troubleshooting functional issues.
- Cooperating effectively with other departments both in Cyprus and abroad.
- Understand the needs of the business, identify improvements, and maintain the application backlog. Co-develop solutions with others involved, playing a vital role in system upgrades.
- Coordinating with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to enhance and optimize system’s functionality.
- Documentation & Process mapping
- Creating and maintaining clear documentation for D365 processes.
- Other content development
- Support the development of BI dashboards and reports.
- Support development of (power)Apps and Automations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or Process Management.
- Experience as a Systems Administrator/Functional Administrator/Consultant of D365 F&O.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both verbal and in writing.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Problem solving skills.
