HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer (D365 CE) to join a forward-thinking technology team specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop custom plugins, workflows, and applications within the D365 CE framework.
- Create and modify entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
- Develop and integrate custom reports using tools such as SSRS and Power BI.
- Configure and customize the D365 CE system to meet evolving business needs.
- Implement and manage security roles and permissions.
- Perform system upgrades and apply patches to maintain platform stability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver CRM solutions that improve operations and user experience.
- Work with IT and development teams to integrate D365 CE with other systems.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users for effective system utilization.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE development or integration engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE).
- Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience working with SQL Server and writing complex queries.
- Familiarity with integration between D365 CE and other Microsoft products such as Azure, Office 365, and Power Platform.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
