    Office Administrator - Seychelles

    HRus (License Number 414), on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable Securities Dealer with International presence, is seeking to recruit a well-organised professional to join their team in Seychelles. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the company, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The role will also involve providing support to the Leadership Team on various tasks and assignments related to the company’s activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organized and professional work environment
    • Serve as the primary contact for vendors, service providers and building management
    • Coordinate logistical arrangements, including office supplies, basic facility needs and general maintenance
    • Provide administrative support such as mail handling, document preparation, scheduling and travel arrangements
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of internal meetings and occasional company events
    • Maintain awareness of local cultural norms and assist in navigating regulatory and compliance-related obligations
    • Liaise with legal and notary services as needed (e.g. document apostille or certifications)
    • Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls and serve as the local point of contact for staff and management
    • Support marketing or outreach activities when needed, including occasional event attendance
    • Act as the point of contact across the company for all administrative assignments, tasks and queries
    • Provide administrative support to the Management and undertake other administrative tasks as necessary

    Key Requirements:

    • College or university degree in Office Administration or any other related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Responsible and professional in respect to appearance, behaviour and conduct
    • Organised, methodological with a high attention to detail
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations
    • Excellent written and oral skills in English
    • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
