HRus Partners (license number 414) on behalf of our client a technology solutions company, we are looking for a motivated individual for the position of Office Assistant to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure office operations
- Organizing and coordinating meetings with clients and Partners
- Provide assistance with document collection and submission for work permits
- Organization of team-building activities such as corporate events and shared recreational activities in the office
- Facilitate communication and cooperation with the landlord and contractors
- Collect and submit all receipts promptly
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the Greek and English language
- The candidate may be a student or someone seeking a part-time position
- Previous office administration experience is a plus but not mandatory
Benefits:
- Part-time position: 20 hours per week
