Job Description: Paralegal – Office Administrator (Limassol)
HRus partners (license no. 414), on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable Law firm in Limassol we are currently seeking to recruit a Paralegal – Legal Support Secretary.

GENERAL DUTIES
- Answering telephone calls, taking messages, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintaining, recording, updating, organizing, and filing physical and electronic records and databases of legal, administrative, and office-related matters.
- Monitoring and updating the electronic justice platform (i-justice, etc.).
- Maintaining and updating software systems related to the provision of legal, administrative, and support services.
- Monitoring deadlines and notifying lawyers accordingly.
- Processing, printing, and photocopying documents.
- Filing case folders and documents.
- Assisting lawyers or other staff with file organization, document filing, and the preparation, drafting, or completion of applications, requests, or forms.
- Maintaining and updating the electronic and physical calendar of court cases.
- Managing and maintaining the stamp duty book.
- Preparing and filing all types of court documents.
- Coordinating the service and delivery of documents to opposing parties or lawyers.
- Conducting research in court files and obtaining copies of documents.
- Preparing and submitting expense lists.
- Taking minutes during court hearings or other proceedings.
- Generally, handling and conducting all types of court registry procedures.
- Informing clients regarding the conduct or progress of court proceedings.
- Communicating and coordinating with clients for the arrangement of sworn statements and filings.
- Traveling to courts in other districts to handle registry procedures.
- Accompanying clients to court for sworn statements.
- Visiting, attending, and representing clients at public, state, government, municipal, or local authorities and departments across all districts to complete procedures or represent clients.
- Visiting, attending, and representing clients at banks or other institutions to complete procedures or represent clients.
- Collecting and gathering documents required to support applications and requests submitted to public, state, government, municipal, or local departments; communicating with clients and liaising with authorities to advance such applications or requests.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Paralegal or Legal Secretarial Studies, or sufficient experience in a law office in a similar position.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages (both written and spoken).
- Strong computer literacy and experience using office software.
- Integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
- Organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
