HRus Partners ( License no. 414), on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable Law firm in Limassol, is looking for a Personal Assistant.
Role Overview
This role provides comprehensive support to Management, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm across administrative, operational, HR, and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Administration
- Oversee and improve internal procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Support Management with reporting, documentation, and organizational matters.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain records, and assist with applications (e.g. licenses, funding).
2. Infrastructure & Systems
- Monitor and ensure the effective operation of IT systems, equipment, and office infrastructure.
- Act as the main point of contact for system-related issues and external service providers.
- Manage contracts, maintenance, and office supplies.
3. Human Resources Support
- Manage employee records, onboarding, and employment documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, interviews, and employee training initiatives.
- Oversee leave tracking, engagement activities, and internal events.
4. Marketing & Promotion
- Manage social media and website content.
- Coordinate marketing materials, campaigns, and event participation.
- Support market research and promotional initiatives.
5. Reception Support
- Oversee reception operations and provide cover when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant (services industry experience is a plus).
- Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint).
- Experience in marketing (social media, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO/SEM) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and HR practices is a plus.
Skills & Attributes
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken); strong writing skills are an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and operate with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy, with awareness of digital and social media trends.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
