Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell properties to potential buyers
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct engaging property viewings and negotiate the best terms
- Stay ahead of market trends and property availability
- Provide expert guidance on legal and paperwork requirements
- Work closely with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and ensure successful sales transactions
- Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting progress to management
- Market properties effectively through strategic promotional activities and CRM tools
We Are Looking For a Candidate Who Possesses:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in property sales with a strong track record of success
- A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- A genuine passion for helping clients find their ideal property
- Proficiency in real estate databases, CRM software, and MS Office Suite
- A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
