    Receptionist / Office Manager - Cyprus

    HRus Partners (license no. 414) on behalf of our client, a company within construction development field in Limassol, we are currently looking for a Receptionist / Office Manager to join their team. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Handling incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
    • Filing and maintaining important documents and records
    • Providing general secretarial and administrative assistance as required
    • Supporting the office with day-to-day administrative tasks

    Qualifications and Experience: 

    • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role will be considered an advantage.
    • Good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
    • Strong communication and organisational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
    • Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage.

    Remuneration and Benefits:

    • Annual Salary: EUR 15,600- 16,900 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
    • 13th salary
    • Working hours Monday–Friday: 09:00-15:00
