HRus Partners (license no. 414) on behalf of our client, a company within construction development field in Limassol, we are currently looking for a Receptionist / Office Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
- Filing and maintaining important documents and records
- Providing general secretarial and administrative assistance as required
- Supporting the office with day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role will be considered an advantage.
- Good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Annual Salary: EUR 15,600- 16,900 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
- 13th salary
- Working hours Monday–Friday: 09:00-15:00
